Hosting the North of England Championships, the Ribble Valley 10k boasts real PB potential attracting the UK’s best runners every year. Located in the heart of Lancashire, the course is run entirely on undulating country roads, starting and finishing at Roefield Leisure Centre, Clitheroe. The second half being majority downhill provides the perfect opportunity to negatively split the race and end your year on a high!

Top Flight Series & Ribble Valley 10k Prize Structure
The winner of Ribble Valley 10k receives 25 points, the second-place finisher 18 points, with 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 points for 3-10th towards their Top Flight Races series points total.
Best of 3 scores count to overall series total and in the event of a tie; the head-to-head outcome at series finale (Ribble Valley 10k) decides each position. Followed by athlete individual records & identical record split pot.

Women: Sub 17:00 (5k) 35:30 (10k)
Entries will be assessed against performances achieved within the last 2 years, including equivalent standards over other distances, track results, and notable cross-country performances. Please add a note to your entry to highlight any results you’d like us to consider.
